Terms of Service

These terms describe the baseline operating model for AccessLedger founder-led pilots.

Pilot scope

AccessLedger is currently offered as a founder-led pilot for teams evaluating a break-glass workflow and audit-evidence layer. Product capabilities, onboarding help, and operating expectations should be confirmed during pilot setup.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their own credential values, vault configuration, internal approval decisions, and the lawful use of the service. AccessLedger helps document and control emergency access workflow, but it is not a substitute for customer security operations.

Availability and support

Pilot support is provided directly by the founder team through email and coordinated troubleshooting. AccessLedger does not currently advertise or promise a public SLA, 24/7 staffed response, or enterprise support tiers.

Security posture

Security features described in the product and security page are part of the current pilot baseline. Future roadmap items should not be treated as contractual commitments until shipped and documented.

Changes and termination

Pilot terms, duration, and follow-on commercial terms may be updated by mutual agreement. Either party may choose not to continue after a pilot evaluation period.
